I currently ship everywhere except EU countries. This is due to new customs regulations (which is very frustrating).

However, if you have family/friends visiting the UK, I would be happy to send to them!

I send all UK orders 48 hours tracked.

I have an option to send pendants faster through purchasing 24 hours tracked, at a small charge.

I have incorporated the 10% tariff into my prices. You should not have any unexpected charges on your end.

If your package hasn't arrived within the time said, please contact me via email or instagram with your order number so that I can look into it.

I recommend not wearing your charm in the shower or in water, as water can wear the gold away over time.

Please also avoid contact with perfumes.

Be careful not to drop the pendant onto hard surfaces as they are made with porcelain clay.
